“It’s great to meet like-minded people who share the same passion. Everyone brings different perspectives that broaden my thinking and help me spot patterns in my own organization. Learning from peers and exchanging real experiences is what I value most about this community.”
Sami M Leppänen
Head of L&D PMO, People and Comms | KONE
“This is the first community I genuinely make time for. Every meeting is professionally facilitated and full of inspiration and practical value. The session on creating a feedback culture was a highlight—especially since we were researching our own feedback processes at the time. I walked away with concrete ideas I could apply right away.”

What is L&D Leaders about?
L&D Leaders is a space for mid-to-senior learning leaders who want to bridge the gap between L&D and the business.
Through our community, events and podcast, we explore how to move from delivering courses to enabling performance. We believe collaborative learning is the key, focusing on the dialogue, reflection, and peer-to-peer exchange that builds real capability and makes learning a strategic part of the organization.
As technology and AI reshape our work, we focus on keeping learning human. We share practical ways to use new tools to support sense-making and connection, not replace them.
Free to join, and powered by Howspace, our growing community of 150+ members connects curious, open-minded professionals who want to learn with and from each other.
