The L&D Leaders Community is a space for learning and development leaders who believe that collaborative learning is the key for people and organizations to grow and adapt.

It’s for those who want to move beyond courses and toolkits — and focus on the kind of learning that happens through dialogue, reflection, and shared experience at work.

Free to join and powered by Howspace, the community connects curious, open-minded professionals who want to learn with — and from — each other.

Requirements to join

The L&D Leaders Community is open to mid-to-senior L&D professionals who want to make learning collaborative, practical, and impactful.

To keep the community focused, relevant and high-quality, all applications are reviewed based on the following criteria. We welcome members who:

  • Work in L&D, HR, or organizational development with a strategic focus on learning culture, leadership, or transformation.

  • Hold a mid- to senior-level role (manager level or above).

  • Have 5+ years of professional experience in L&D, talent, change, or related areas.

  • Work inside an organization with at least 200 employees.

  • Want to advance learning beyond traditional approaches, focusing on culture, collaboration, and strategic impact.

Membership is free of charge, and applications are reviewed continuously as new spaces open.
