Manager level or above with 5+ years in L&D, HR, People & Culture, Talent Development, Sales Enablement or Organisational Development, usually inside organisations of 250+ people.

What actually happens inside the community?

Monthly peer sessions where members set the agenda, a private workspace for the questions you can't post on LinkedIn, local in-person meet-ups and dinners, and speaking opportunities on the podcast, blog and webinars.

Is it mostly online or in person?

A mix. Monthly sessions and the private workspace are online, and we host in-person meet-ups, dinners and networking moments across Europe throughout the year.
