The L&D Leaders Community is for learning and development leaders who want to bridge the gap between L&D and the business.

Too often, L&D is stuck delivering courses while the business needs to solve problems. We believe the solution is moving from training to enablement, using collaborative learning to equip people with the capabilities, resources and connections they need to perform.
