About the podcast

Why we started, and what makes the show different

Learning and development has quietly become one of the most business-critical functions in modern organisations. But while everyone is talking about "the future of learning", very few are figuring out how to actually make collaborative learning work in practice.

The L&D Leaders Podcast was born from that gap. A space where senior learning leaders share what they are really trying inside their organisations: the experiments, the friction, the things that did not work. Real stories, told without polish.

I want listeners to walk away with one thing they can try in their next sprint, not another framework.
